Harbin Smart City Big Data Center
The project established a big data management and control system that integrates information collection, transmission, and analysis processing functions, composed of devices including a splicing screen system, image transmission system, and centralized control system, making it scientifically efficient. The design scope of this project covers the construction of multiple functional department conference rooms in Harbin New District, including the government's innovation and entrepreneurship conference room, emergency response conference room, panoramic video conference room, four interactive exhibition spaces, command center conference room, and office area conference rooms. Harbin New District is equipped with 10 conference room terminals, allowing for concurrent access to the conference system via 62 desktop and mobile software interfaces, totaling 72 concurrent conference capabilities.

Digitalization and intelligence, as the major trend of our current era, are profoundly changing our production and living methods. The Pingdu Social Governance Big Data Platform, as a core component of smart city construction, provides a unified intelligent management platform for urban managers across departments and systems. Through the Eastern Micro MIDIS Integrated Media Application System, various data can be integrated and connected, constructing a digital twin city, helping the government achieve comprehensive urban operation monitoring, event management, collaborative command, and auxiliary decision-making. This enhances government management efficiency and realizes scientific, precise, and intelligent smart city operations, making cities smarter, more intelligent, and more caring.

The Hainan Provincial Big Data Management Bureau Command Center is dedicated to creating a "Smart Brain" that integrates decision-making command, urban management, emergency linkage, and other functions. By deploying the TENDZONE Distributed Comprehensive Command and Dispatch System, and leveraging the platform's powerful integration capabilities, the center effectively consolidates signals from various systems, achieving unified platform command and dispatch.
