The components of a network speaker mainly include the following parts:
Voice coil: The voice coil is the main driver unit of the speaker, usually made of thin copper wires, placed in the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic core post and the magnetic plate. When the sound current signal is passed into the voice coil, the voice coil vibrates to drive the paper cone to vibrate, thus producing sound.
Paper cone : The paper cone is the conical diaphragm of the speaker, usually made of natural or man-made fibers, such as cotton, wood, wool, spun, rayon, nylon, fiberglass, etc. The quality and rigidity of the paper cone have an important impact on the sound performance of the loudspeaker.
Folding ring: The folding ring is used to ensure the axial movement of the paper cone along the speaker, limit the lateral movement, and block the air circulation before and after the paper cone. The material of the folding ring can be paper, plastic or natural rubber.
Centering piece: The centering piece is used to support the joint part of the voice coil and the paper cone, to ensure that the voice coil moves up and down freely in the magnetic gap without lateral movement, and prevents the voice coil from colliding with the magnetic plate.
Magnetic loop system: including permanent magnets, cores and magnetic plates, forming the magnetic field of the speaker, so that the voice coil is affected by the force in the magnetic field to produce vibration.
Vibration system: including voice coil, elastic wave, cone and dust cover, together to complete the conversion and radiation of sound.
Support system: includes basin frame and folding rings to support and fix other components.
These parts work together to convert electrical signals into sound signals and achieve sound output.
