TENDZONE provided an integrated solution for the audio-visual system of the Minguang Big Data Center building of Sansteel Group.

TENDZONE products cover over 43 spaces across floors 1 to 23 of the center, including public areas, electronic bidding rooms, round-table conference rooms, multifunctional halls, and small to large meeting rooms.
Project Highlight 1 - Intelligent Conference Management System:
The Minguang Big Data Center building of Sansteel Group is fully equipped with TENDZONE Intelligent Conference Management System. This system enables online booking via mini-programs, space usage management, environmental device control, real-time device status monitoring, and data statistical analysis for all spaces in the building. The intelligent conference system also supports integration with other systems, such as recording and broadcasting, electronic nameplates, information release, access control, facial recognition, LED displays, and video conferencing, thereby enhancing organizational efficiency.
Project Highlight 2 - TENDZONE All-Media Convergence Application System:
The conference rooms in Sansteel Group's Minguang Big Data Center are integrated through TENDZONE All-Media Convergence Application System platform. This platform combines local audio and video processing and management functions, enabling the integration of multiple devices, systems, and services. By connecting previously isolated conference rooms via an IP network, the system achieves interoperability, arbitrary signal routing, and unified management.
