Project Overview
As the "smart brain" of the Xiamen International Expo Center, the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC) is responsible for providing more comprehensive and accurate decision-making support for management, reducing operational management risks, and enhancing the operational efficiency and service quality of the Expo Center. It aims to provide customers and exhibitors with a more convenient, comfortable, and safe experience.
Solution
Guided by the philosophy of "Intelligent Data Drives, Business Wisdom Shows, Service Enjoys Operation, Technology Leads Future, and Builds a Leading International Exhibition Operation Center," TENDZONE supports the Expo Center's Intelligent Operations Center by developing an integrated solution that includes a distributed comprehensive management platform, digital conferencing systems, professional audio systems, intelligent central control systems, and recording systems. This provides audio and video technology support for the operation of large-scale exhibitions and the overall functioning of the venue.
Smart Operations: Through TENDZONE's distributed comprehensive management platform, the IOC has successfully achieved effective integration and centralized dispatching of various systems and operations, including comprehensive situation awareness, security, equipment maintenance, energy consumption management, and traffic information. This enabled interconnectivity of data and resource sharing. Based on this, digital twin technology constructs various application scenarios for monitoring the venue's operational status in a comprehensive and three-dimensional manner. This achieves full integration of large-scale exhibition operations, complete visibility of status, full manageability of business, and complete control of events.
Ultra High Definition Display: By configuring TENDZONE's ultra-high-definition servers and ultra-high-definition codec cloud nodes, ultra-high-definition signal KVM and large screen display have been achieved, providing robust technical support for operation management and command dispatching in the Smart Operations Center.
Seating Coordination and Efficient Communication: By configuring multiple sets of KVM codec cloud nodes, one person can operate multiple machines, and one machine can connect to multiple screens. Different personnel can push screens, share visuals, and quickly and accurately switch signals, facilitating efficient cross-department collaboration.
Visual Operation: Adopting visual and networked management, the system achieves video source visualization, layout visualization, LED display visualization, and system status visualization, allowing users to operate with a clear view of their actions.
Professional Audio System: To meet the requirements for clarity and intelligibility in spoken language during daily operations, emergency discussions, command dispatching, and video conferencing, as well as ensuring the stability, usability, and ease of maintenance of the audio system, the audio system has reasonably configured audio collection, processing, and amplification equipment. It utilizes a digital audio network made up of networked digital audio processors with remote setup and monitoring features, allowing computer users to set, control, and monitor the state of the networked digital audio processor from any network node.
