On 26 August 2026, Mr. Effendi Hadis, Director of the Digital Office of Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS), led a technical delegation to visit TENDZONE Headquarters (TENDZONE HQ) in Shenzhen for a technical exchange and on-site inspection focused on smart campus development.
Universiti Malaysia Sabah is one of Malaysia's leading public universities and has long been committed to digital campus transformation and the deployment of smart education scenarios. The delegation brought together core leaders across multiple technical domains, including IoT and intelligent technologies, databases and development, and governance and strategy.
During the visit, the delegation experienced TENDZONE's full-scenario solutions for smart classrooms, smart meeting rooms, and command centers at first hand. They gained direct insight into the real-world applications of core technologies, including the MIDIS distributed system, KVM operator console control system, Amber distributed audio-visual system, CLIMBER integrated conferencing system, and the ceiling array microphone non-intrusive sound reinforcement system. The delegation then conducted an in-depth tour of TENDZONE's core product R&D and testing workflow, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's technical development standards and product validation system.
The delegation also made a dedicated visit to the TENDZONE Electroacoustic Immersive Panoramic Sound Audio Laboratory to review the audio technology product line. They gained in-depth insight into TENDZONE's technical expertise in acoustic algorithms, professional audio pickup and reinforcement, and scenario-based audio customization, and expressed high recognition of TENDZONE's fully autonomous and controllable end-to-end audio-visual technology capabilities.
During the exchanges, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions tailored to UMS's campus digital upgrade needs and reached preliminary consensus on cooperation in areas such as smart classroom renovation and smart meeting room construction. Moving forward, TENDZONE will closely integrate the university's actual scenario requirements to provide customized technical solutions and end-to-end service support, fully supporting UMS in upgrading and enhancing its digital campus development.
