In the 2208 training room, 2306 executive conference room, and 2405 digital classroom, TENDZONE deployed a cutting-edge distributed management system that supports visualized "What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get" (WYSIWYG) control and offers multi-level permission management. This system effectively ensures meeting privacy and information security: standard users can only view and control local devices, while administrators have a global view, enabling them to retrieve and manage audio-video signals across different rooms for seamless cross-space collaboration and scheduling-striking a optimal balance between convenience and confidentiality.
It is also worth highlighting that the 2306 executive conference room is furnished with TENDZONE's paperless meeting system. This solution not only reduces paper waste and prevents document leakage, but also incorporates intelligent meeting service support. Attendees can request services such as tea or stationery with a single touch on the display screen, and conference staff will receive and respond to these requests in real time.
