To comprehensively enhance meeting efficiency and management experience, China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch Building recently completed an intelligent upgrade of its meeting system. This project covered the entire meeting reservation and publishing system of the building and included smart renovations of equipment in 19 meeting rooms. The goal is to achieve unified and standardized management of meeting room resources, significantly improve utilization efficiency, and provide staff with a more convenient and intelligent meeting organization experience.
The upgraded system establishes a centralized control platform that enables unified, one-click management of lighting, curtains, and multimedia equipment across all 19 meeting rooms. Key features of the system include:

Once a meeting is successfully booked, the system automatically turns on the lights, curtains, and multimedia equipment within a set time before the meeting begins. After the meeting concludes, all devices are automatically powered off, reducing energy waste and minimizing the operational burden on staff.
- Thoughtful Reminders for a Smooth Meeting Flow
The system plays soft music or voice reminders shortly before and at the end of each meeting, helping participants manage their time effectively and ensuring meetings proceed efficiently and on schedule.
- Real-Time Synchronized Information, Clear and Transparent
The system is fully integrated with CMBC's existing meeting reservation system, pulling real-time data and displaying meeting details-such as reservation status and agenda-on smart meeting screens outside each room. This prevents scheduling conflicts and enhances transparency in room usage.
Through this meeting system upgrade, China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch has not only achieved refined and intelligent management of meeting room resources but also demonstrated its commitment to innovation and digital transformation, providing employees with a more efficient and professional working environment.
